I am passionate about supporting Founding CEOs, entrepreneurs, and top leaders in achieving impactful growth. Over the last five years, I’ve interacted with more than 100 Founding CEOs through advisory work, investor pitches, and executive team and board discussions. As a coach, advisor, or fractional executive, I partner with Founders/CEOs/Executives in rapidly changing organizations to help leaders unblock challenges and accelerate growth to achieve their goals.

As a trained Energy Coach, I work directly with C-Suite executives to raise their awareness, shift their mindset, and unlock potential—because when you grow as a leader, your business thrives. In addition to my advisory work, I’m an advocate for women and diversity in leadership and entrepreneurship. I’m a founding member of Chief, a professional network for executive women, and an Angel Investor with a focus on diverse teams building tech-enabled, human-centric solutions.

A global thinker at heart, I was born in Mumbai, raised in Los Angeles, and have traveled to over 30 countries. Today, California is home for my family and me, where I’m continually exploring ways to deepen my meditation practice, trek new peaks, and perfect my masala chai.
