As a CFO of a private business and later as the CEO and CFO of an SEC-registered bank holding company, I have successfully navigated complex corporate turnarounds and executed growth strategies with a sharp focus on financial acumen and business transformation.

Currently, I serve as a distinguished board member and audit committee member at Independence Bank, a prominent banking institution in Kentucky. I also hold the esteemed position of chairing the Nominating Committee at the Commonwealth Fund for Kentucky Educational Television and serve as Chair of the Program Committee for the NACD Nashville Chapter Advisory Board. In addition, I serve on the Western Kentucky University Gordon Ford College of Business Advisory Board.
