For most of my career, I worked in high-pressure environments, first as a management consultant advising Fortune 500 companies, then as a CFO and senior executive leading strategy, transformation, and financial operations across industries including finance, tech, and healthcare. Alongside that path, I quietly pursued a decades-long commitment to mindfulness. Over time, these two worlds converged. I saw that the most effective leaders were not just smart but also grounded, aware, and connected in the midst of complexity. That realization shaped my purpose: to help leaders integrate mindful presence with strategic clarity, so they can lead with more impact, resilience, and authenticity.
Today, I coach senior executives, founders, and mission-driven teams who want to lead with clarity, emotional resilience, and purpose. My work blends the strategic insight gained from years in corporate leadership with more than 2,000 hours of mindfulness training. I draw on experience from organizations like Fidelity Investments, MUFG Union Bank, and PwC, now repurposed to support leaders through coaching, group sessions, and workshops on mindful leadership. Whether I’m guiding a team through change, coaching a C-suite leader in transition, or building emotional intelligence within an organization, my goal is to help people lead from their values, even under pressure.
