Tanuja’s decades-long career has been a testament to her expertise and versatility. This includes her service on corporate and non-profit boards and as a subject matter expert on environmental, social, and governance matters. She has served on four public company boards and chairs Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees. Her contributions to the overall practice and evolution of governance were recognized by the National Association of Corporate Directors when she was listed among the 100 most influential leaders in corporate governance. Tanuja is the Chair of the Advisory Board of Drexel University’s Gupta Governance Institute.
