Tanuja Dehne is an independent board director focused on effective governance and the role strong boards play in long-term organizational performance. She brings to boards deep governance expertise, operational judgment, and human capital insight shaped by leadership roles across the corporate, nonprofit, and advisory sectors.
Earlier in her career, Tanuja served as President and CEO of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation and was a C-level executive of a Fortune 200 power company. She has served on four public company boards and chairs Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees. The National Association of Corporate Directors recognized Tanuja as one of the 100 most influential leaders in corporate governance. She serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of Drexel University’s Gupta Governance Institute.
As a Managing Director at DSG Global, she advises boards and executive teams on governance strategy, leadership effectiveness, and executive succession, bringing a board-level perspective to how organizations strengthen leadership and navigate complex transitions.
