Starting my career as a Chemical Engineer in the oil and gas industry, I developed a robust understanding of our refining and petrochemical foundations. Transitioning from technical roles to strategic business leadership, my drive to effect meaningful and lasting change grew. I am committed to leading projects implementing sustainable energy solutions effectively, aiming to leave a healthier planet for future generations.

With a career spanning over 35 years in the energy sector, I currently serve as the Vice President of Operations at Technip Energies. I provide strategic direction and oversight for projects in the Americas and Europe, managing revenue targets of up to $350 million. As Managing Director of the Process Technology division, I led a newly acquired company for over a decade, consistently exceeding profitability goals and forging strong international partnerships. My approach to leadership emphasizes innovation and diversity, fostering teams that bring together varied perspectives to achieve the best outcomes.

My expertise combines deep technical knowledge with strategic business insights and a commitment to innovation. I aim to inspire my teams and create alliances that redefine the possibilities within the oil & gas industry. Beyond my responsibilities at Technip Energies, I am passionate about supporting entrepreneurs in green technology. I assist them in overcoming the hurdles of bringing sustainable products to market, ensuring their innovations can achieve commercial success.
