Peter is a globally-minded senior finance executive with over 25 years of sophisticated experience spanning financial/health care management, business strategy, and consulting. Peter is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Parkland Community Health Plan where he oversees the financial functions of a managed care entity with over $800 million in annual revenues. Peter reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the executive leadership team that works closely with the board of directors. Peter has been the CFO for two other managed care entities where he collaborated with respective Audit Committees to strengthen governance structures.  

As part of Peter’s prior CFO roles, he served as a board member for Reliance eHealth Collaborative, a health information exchange that enables the safe and secure dissemination of electronic health information in the states of Oregon, Washington, and Northern California. He was part of the executive search committee that recruited a new CEO and part of the nominating committee to recruit new board members.

Experienced Business Expert with Cultural Understanding

Prior to his career in healthcare, Peter served as the Managing Director at Warspite Capital Advisors, a financial advisory firm that specialized in M&A transactions, debt restructuring, investment management, and emerging market opportunities. Peter also worked at several financial services firms including GE Capital, KeyCorp, and PNC where he specialized in debt funding for M&A transactions in the restaurant and hospitality sectors, commercial real estate private equity, CMBS transactions, structured finance, life company whole loan placements, and media & telecoms syndicated transactions. At Ernst & Young, he was a management consultant for global banking clients. He began his career with the Institute of European Finance in Great Britain as a consultant to international banks and the United Nations.
