Starting my professional career at one of two AAA credit rated firms in the US and pivoting to the world’s leading strategy consulting firm, I maintain very high professional standards.
My blend of professional experience in financial services, healthcare and management consulting in the US and across Africa have given me a pragmatic and international approach to overcoming challenges for organizations I am involved with. I have collaborated closely with several CEOs, business executives and public- sector leaders, developing and implementing successful strategies in very competitive environments.
Building cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives is one of my core strengths. My entrepreneurial method to driving change within large organizations has resulted in my launching and leading several units and functions in my career. I was integral part of the Implementation Practice covering West Africa at McKinsey and the Strategic Partnerships function serving 33 African countries at Ecobank. I bring a strong desire to win, analytical skills and extensive networks to turn business plans into reality.
I bring the benefit of a decade long, award-winning sales career at a Fortune 50 company, which included high accolades such as the President’s Trophy, reserved exclusively for the top 5% of the salesforce. I am commercially focused and lead multimillion dollar sales transformations across large geographical regions.
During my tenure as president of the Africa Business Club at Columbia Business School, I transformed the school’s African Economic Forum with increased funding, attendance and content. I remain actively involved with CBS and serve as president of the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of Nigeria, our only club in Africa.
