From that point on, I made a commitment: I would dedicate my time to ensuring the companies I’m part of are built on strong, ethical foundations.

My purpose became clear: to help organizations establish governance that doesn’t just meet standards, but sets them. Governance that safeguards stability, drives accountability and creates sustainable success.

Over the years, I’ve earned a reputation for guiding organizations through pivotal moments: mergers and acquisitions, auditor transitions, and times of transformation. As a Qualified Financial Expert, I bring deep financial acumen and oversight that instills confidence across stakeholders. My ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments has allowed me to serve on multiple boards, chair Audit Committees, and hold leadership positions across six key committees.

My experience as Financial Controller at Microsoft Global Services, SOX Team Leader for Microsoft and Tyco International, and as a member of two State of Colorado Regulatory Commissions has shaped my perspective.
