Digital Transformation Thought Leader
Whether working in government, private business, manufacturing, or retail environments, I’m passionate about applying my foundation in technology with my strong business acumen.
My unique skills help me to bring about digital transformation to streamline outmoded processes and increase productivity. I am a firm believer that technology empowers businesses to reach the highest levels of success.
Some of my notable career achievements include launching and leading a significant capital project supporting a digital transformation initiative, managing multi-billion dollar Foreign and Domestic defense programs, and implementing modern human capital management technology. These actions eliminated tremendous amounts of technical debt that increased operating expenses.
Naturally curious, I’m never afraid to ask tough questions and pursue answers. My educational path leads to Georgetown University, where I earned an Executive MBA and then Southern Illinois University. While at Southern Illinois College, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Champion For Diversity
I’m a champion for diversity and inclusion. As a STEM community member, I helped launch an advanced analytics degree specialization as part of the SIUC College of Business. External technical organizations I’m active in include TMCF and Odyssey Media Group.
My work in community outreach supports the development and recruitment sponsorship for Black Engineer of the Year, the National Society of Black Engineers, Grace Hopper, and Women of Color in Technology.
I believe that everybody deserves an equal chance to build a better future. And with technology, this future can be even brighter and filled with opportunities.
