Biography

I am a global consumer leader who has spent more than two decades helping established brands become future-ready businesses. Across roles at Newell Brands, Dorel, Adidas, and Reebok, I have led complex transformations that connected consumer insight to innovation, innovation to margin, and margin to long-term value creation.

My experience spans North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and guiding organizations through restructuring, integration, and digital reinvention. Those years as an operator shaped how I think about the boardroom. I understand how strategic decisions travel downstream into culture, brand trust, and operational risk.

My contribution at board level is asking the questions that protect the enterprise while enabling growth.

I bring a global and brand-centered lens to oversight. Consumer businesses today must balance innovation, technology, and speed with responsibility. I am particularly interested in how boards approach AI and data-driven strategy and the choices those technologies require. I also care about protecting iconic brands as consumer expectations continue to change.

I aim to serve on boards where consumer relevance and responsible innovation are central to the mission. I bring practical leadership, cultural awareness, and a belief that good governance delivers lasting outcomes.
