Lisa is a Partner with Sage Search Advisors focused on the financial services sector. Prior to Sage, Lisa was a founding partner of HQ Partners. Lisa manages executive search for asset managers including alternatives, endowments, foundations and family offices. She places c-level executives, investment professionals, as well as functional roles such as marketing, investor relations and operations.

Lisa offers a unique perspective to her clients having spent many years at major Investment Banks in a number of roles in both London and New York. She has worked in Investment Banking, Fixed Income Sales, and Private Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, and Deutsche Bank.

Lisa is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She currently serves as a Trustee and Executive Board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Greenwich and was a former President, Board of Trustees at Putnam Indian Field School.
