As the Chief Executive Officer of Wellspring Solutions, Inc., I actively engage with C-suite executives and their management teams on strategic positioning, business growth, and global expansion opportunities. Outside of my executive leadership roles, I served on nine boards, including an industry association board, and I have dedicated myself to supporting young people.
Previously, I enjoyed a 28-year career in the corporate sector with almost 20 years in various leadership positions at Deloitte Consulting LLC. During my time at Deloitte as a partner/principal, I had the privilege of helping the firm establish its Federal Government practice, now over $1.5B with 7000+ employees. I was also responsible for profit and loss, developing people, creating new business opportunities and establishing long-term client relationships. Throughout my career at Deloitte, I took great pride in maintaining an active role as a professional management consultant, advising and serving clients. I delivered global supply chain, technology, security, and human capital transformation successes in manufacturing, energy, education, and the government sectors, including the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of State. My leadership responsibilities spanned the United States, abroad in Brazil, Canada, and Mexico as well as throughout Africa, Asia, and Europe.
My lifelong devotion to connecting underserved youth to leadership development opportunities motivated me to launch STEMbiotic Communities, Inc. With a strong belief and passion for the impact provided through cross-sector partnerships, I created a model that engages Fortune 100 companies, the academic, nonprofit, and local government sectors to collaborate on achieving youth preparedness at scale.
As a board director, I enjoy engaging in governance matters and contributing to strategic direction decisions. I currently serve as an executive officer on the TalentNomics, Inc. and DC Rotary Foundation boards. I serve as a board representative on Deloitte Foundation’s board, and, previously, I was an Officer and Director on the Homeland Security and Business Defense Council’s Board.
