I have built my career by taking on hard assignments, smart risks, and roles that pushed me beyond what was familiar. That path has taken me across industries, across borders, and into some of the toughest issues companies face.

I came up through legal, but I was always drawn to the broader business. Over time, I built experience across strategy, enterprise risk, transformation, governance, board engagement, and major transactions.

I have held senior leadership roles at Shell, Flowserve, Ecolab, Walgreens Boots Alliance, currently at BD, and I serve on a public company board. One experience that shaped me deeply was moving to Doha, Qatar for Shell. It reinforced a lesson that has stayed with me: growth usually comes from saying yes to the work that challenges you.

Today, I am especially interested in how leaders grow beyond function, how hard assignments shape real leadership, and how companies lead through change at scale. I care about business leadership, governance, healthcare, and helping more women move into larger roles. Those are the conversations I want to contribute to more actively in the years ahead.
