Jamie Covello applies her many years of national and global experience in strategic planning, deal management and negotiations for all aspects of commercial real estate including corporate occupier advisory, portfolio rationalization and transaction management. Years of local New York City experience enabled a more competitive understanding of leveraging each stage of lease negotiations and capital markets acquisition or disposition process on behalf of clients.

Her areas of specialty include high-growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and headquarter rationalization.

Nationally recognized as a leader throughout the real estate industry, Jamie spent her career building an unparalleled book of business and corporate relationships. She has vast experience working with national corporate clients creating portfolio-wide customized strategic planning, headquarters solutions, consolidations, and transaction management for clients.

Jamie’s community involvement includes her many years as a trustee of Samaritan Daytop Village and was a key participant in their merger. She was also instrumental as a founder of WX – Women in Commercial Real Estate, and currently sits on the board of the Women’s Campaign Fund. She also serves on the board of Cohere Cyber Secure, a cyber and managed services platform.

Passions include macro paradigm shifts including those in the corporate environment, issues relating to the health of the planet on behalf of upcoming generations, and building consensus toward “common ground” trends in politics.

Jamie raised two children and resides in Manhattan.
