I have an extensive CPG background having served in General Management and Marketing roles for high-growth global brands and as a start-up entrepreneur. To me 1+1=3: I believe in the power of partnerships to un-tap consumer needs and bolster innovation without spending millions of dollars. Over the years I have led amazing teams and partnered with external brands, best-in-class consultants and agencies to develop and launch high-growth products with a watchful eye to the bottom line.
Most recently with Canidae Pet Food, I lead the sales leadership team driving growth flexing from independent traditional retail, to e-commerce channels such as Amazon and Chewy.
With EAS I have started an incubator company from the ground up, and developed one of the leading brands in the US e-vapor market.
I’ve served in executive roles at Internationally recognized brands, including L’Oréal, Garnier, Norelco, Sonicare, Avent and Philips.
In my roles at Philips, I established trailblazing partnerships with top beauty and personal care brands, playing an instrumental role in product offering extensions in the US. During the 2008 downturn I managed the business success by optimizing the media budget, product portfolio, relaunching an established brand with re-envisioned new packaging, and an aggressive promotional strategy.
While at L’Oréal I focused on driving international growth for the Fructis and Garnier portfolio of brands in North and South America. I’ve held other career roles and responsibilities, such as building and leading diverse teams, brand repositioning, spearheading innovation, restructuring operations, and digital transformation.
