With a career spanning education, technology, and administration, I bring a rich and varied skill set to my current role in Human Resources at the University of Iowa.  Beginning as a mathematics At Risk Teacher and moving into an algebra teaching position, I developed a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving.  My work on a team creating an interactive website at the University of Iowa deepened my understanding of user experience and digital collaboration.  I also served as an administrative professional across multiple systems, gaining expertise in organizational operations and cross-functional support.  Today, I leverage this broad experience to be a knowledgeable and approachable resource in HR, helping faculty, staff and students navigate complex processes with clarity and care.
