Gabrielle Finley-Hazle is a President and board member who oversees an approximately $7B healthcare enterprise for the largest integrated health care system in Wisconsin and the state’s largest private employer, Aurora Health Care*. 

Gabrielle is focused on improving patient outcomes and safety, ensuring health equity, and expanding access to meet the needs of patients across all communities. 

She creates mission-driven, high-performance cultures to consistently exceed goals, leads through crises, and develops focused growth strategies with measurable outcomes.

Gabrielle is a Founding Board Member of a joint venture to reduce risk and create independence in the healthcare supply chain. Gabrielle is currently a board member for the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and Milwaukee World Festival. She also chaired the governing board of the Creighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance and is a member of several corporate board governance organizations.

Gabrielle has been repeatedly recognized for her leadership and innovations in care. She most recently received the 2021 Pandemic HEROES Award from Cornell University and the 2021 Outstanding Achievement in Leadership Award from AZ Business Magazine.

*Aurora Health Care is part of Advocate Health, the third-largest nonprofit, integrated health system in the United States. Gabrielle also co-leads the Advocate Health Midwest Region-WI. She oversees 18 hospitals and 300 sites of care across the state.
