From the beginning of my career, I’ve been driven by a single belief: that organizations thrive when people, purpose, and performance align. Growing up in a family grounded in community values and work ethic, I learned the power of integrity and service. That foundation was instrumental in guiding me to roles that are transformational, not just transactional. A business architect, if you like. Whether in a Fortune 100 company, museum, a startup, or a global nonprofit, I’m energized by connecting people, strategy, and outcomes. I focus on aligning business goals with human potential to create meaningful, lasting impact.
I’ve worked at the intersection of business, law, media, and culture, having held leadership roles at organizations including Warner Bros., Viacom, Amazon, and the Brooklyn Museum. At Amazon’s Audible division, I lead the pivot and execution of our content acquisition strategy, creating first-look deals with talent including Reese Witherspoon, Trevor Noah, and Kevin Hart.
At Warner Bros., I led the extension of Ellen DeGeneres’ eponymous brand into digital content and film via the studio’s overall deal with her production company, which resulted in year over year double digit gains in studio revenue.
At the Brooklyn Museum, my remit included oversight of operations for 400 employees while also securing major multi-year gifts to strengthen the institution’s exhibition slate.
As a member of the leadership team at The Executive Leadership Council, I lead cross-functional operations, drive culture initiatives, and help the organization achieve its strategic goals and employee engagement benchmarks.
Throughout my career, the approach has remained consistent: bring people together, create clarity, and build structures that unlock potential—financial, creative, and cultural. I provide a combination of business, legal, and operational expertise, paired with an understanding of how to manage partnerships, elevate brands, and build high-performing teams.
I’ve worked across industries, led transformations, and built trust across C-suites, creative teams, and community leaders.
What sets me apart is my ability to move between vision and execution—to see the big picture, and then build the structure that makes it real.
