With experience building portfolio and PMO capabilities from the ground up across industries like retail, banking, and consumer goods, I specialize in helping organizations make conscious, data-driven decisions about where to invest their time, money, and energy.

I thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where there is none, always with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and value. Whether it’s designing a prioritization framework, establishing governance, or enabling business-led change, I believe the real opportunity lies in connecting people, aligning strategy with delivery, and giving teams the tools to succeed.

What drives me most is building something that lasts: a capability that outlives any one project, and a culture that empowers people to make better decisions consistently and confidently. Right now, I’m focused on embedding portfolio governance at Mars Global Services, with the long-term goal of expanding that foundation across the broader business.

As a leader, I balance high standards with high trust. I set the direction, then give my team the autonomy and support to make it real. I’m also proud to lead by example as a working parent, showing others—especially women—that it’s possible to grow your career and show up fully in life outside of work.
