I am a results-oriented leader with a vast amount of experience in technology and in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. My leadership style is grounded in three basic principles: Faith, Family, and Future, and is based on the foundational theory of ‘The Speed of Trust by Covey.’ I specialize in implementing change while building productive and trust-based relationships.

As the CEO and Founder of CrossRoads IT Group and former Portfolio Management Director at PNC within Enterprise Technology and Security, I partnered with critical stakeholders to drive strategy and execution for the Intelligent Automation team, Business Partners, and the Business Management office. My responsibilities included managing vendor relationships, integrated strategies, financial management, roadmaps, and milestones aligned to the initial scope, schedule, and budget.

In addition to my corporate technical and business experience, I am the Founder and CEO of a woman-owned small business (CrossRoads ITG) where we are passionate about making a positive impact in the community.  I serve as an educational mentor and STEM coach for the Dallas Independent School District, where I have developed a STEM program entitled STEM UP for EQUITY with the popular “The Inner Win” component that encourages students to pursue a career in technology while fostering authenticity. I am a leader who brings global experience working in tech and understands the value of being able to translate tech into business speak, untangle complexities to solve for the better, and align people to attain goals.
