Extensive cross-industry experience.
I have been fortunate to have worked in various industries, from banking to entertainment to cosmetics and now in financial services. Each industry has unique challenges, opportunities, and cultures, and I’ve learned a lot from working in these different environments. My cross-industry experience has allowed me to bring a fresh perspective to each organization I have worked for and enabled me to share best practices from one industry to another.
Senior leadership roles in business transformation.
Leading change is never easy, but organizations must stay competitive and relevant. One of the most important things I’ve learned is the importance of engaging employees in the change process. Employees need to understand why change is necessary, what the change will mean for them, and how they can contribute to the success of the change. In terms of accomplishments, I am most proud of my work at The Estée Lauder Companies, where we implemented a global talent management system that improved our ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Global and Cultural understanding
Working in different countries and cultures has taught me the importance of adaptability and flexibility. What works in one country may not work in another, and it’s essential to understand and respect cultural differences. It has also taught me the importance of building relationships and collaborating across cultures. Regarding leadership style, I believe it’s essential to lead by example, be transparent, and communicate clearly and effectively, regardless of where you are in the world.
