A Visionary Executive
A visionary senior executive, my consummate leadership emboldens teams to take constructive action. My passion and expertise for Diversity and Inclusion have allowed me to make a positive change in the organizations I work for. I have spoken on this topic in front of esteemed audiences such as the UN in New York and the House of Commons in London.
Arbiter of Social Impact
In 2017 I retired from a thirty-year career at General Electric and launched Corporate PlaybookTM, where I serve as President and CEO. Corporate Playbook provides leaders with strategic direction to elevate diversity, inclusion, philanthropy, and culture in the workplace. In 2018, I launched Dining with DebTM an innovative dining experience that brings together professional women across racial, religious, and political lines to drive meaningful connections and conversations.
I serve on the board of directors of DJE Holdings (Edelman), the New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute, chairing the Human Resources Committee, Louisiana State University Foundation, chairing the Talent Management Committee, and Bricolage Academy Charter School as Secretary. I was appointed to the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Advisory Committee on Diversity and Digital Empowerment (ACDDE).
I have received numerous accolades, including 50 Most Powerful Women in Philanthropy from Inside Philanthropy, Women of Excellence Legacy Award from the National Association for Female Executives, and Women of Power Award from the National Urban League.
